This Sidamo Region coffee is extremely well balanced with a soft acidity and medium body. Its aroma is similar to warm brown sugar. A very clean cup with a lingering fruity, purple plum finish. Medium-Dark Roast.

A little too oily on the beans, beans sticking together. Prefer just a tad less roast time.
Otherwise a good cup of joe.

I absolutely love blue jazz coffee !! Had their coffee at a local restaurant and HAD to know where to buy it from so good !
