Yogurt disaster

I thought everything was going good, what I got was a bowl of BB size curd, it never turned creamy. I’m going to try again, the first time I used frozen goats milk, this time it will be fresh milk, hope it works this time.

Easy and delicious!

My kit arrived fast. It was easy to use and understand the booklet. The yogurt was delicious. I chose to strain it for greek style and it was thick and creamy! I'm so excited to try this with my own goats milk in the spring!
