I loved the stone although I had requested it be gray (after initially asking for sandstone) and the picture I submitted was altered and did not look entirely like I requested. However it’s not worth sending back as the finished product was still very nice.

As for the stone 5 star as for customer service 3 star, I was told the stone would be made and shipped out within 4 days and it took 6 days and I was in a rush to get it. Your website says 4 days so if you can’t get it out in 4 days then change it whatever it’s going to take.

My husband and I had a custom stone created with our last name for our front walk area. To say we love it is an understatement. The ordering process was quick and easy and the shipping was fast for a custom order. Thank you Design a Stone team for the awesome work.
