I had reached out to see if it was possible to purchase a replacement mat for my Flobody because mine had become deformed from outdoor use. Someone got back to me immediately and sent me a replacement for free. Amazing!! Thank you! And I love the product. It's like an on the go reformer. I have a full sized reformer and I actually use my Flo body so much more because I can do it wherever - in the playroom with my kids, outside, etc!!
