Extra costs

I was beforehand not warned about the potential extra costs I would have to pay for custom clearance. The custom clearance were higher than what I payed for the product. I didn’t pay the custom clearance because it was too expensive, this caused that I also couldn’t send back the product and receive my money back. So I basically spend money, got no product, and didn’t get my money back. Which is sad because your product does really look amazing on the site.
