I have been wearing earth runners only for a month or so. I am very happy with them so far. I love being connected with the earth. They are my 'go to' pair of shoes for any occasion. I haven't tested it on very rugged terrain yet, but I am planning on it. I am hoping that it will be durable and functional for a long time.

Only time being grounded was fun.

Love my earthing sandals, split time between barefoot and wearing them when I'm doing my Dao Zou walking meditation. Be purchasing more in the future, worth every cent!
