Beautiful console and wonderful customer experience

The customer success experience working with Magen was fantastic. This was a made-to-order item and although it took some time arriving due to the holiday season, Magen checked in frequently to assure me the console was still being monitored for any updates to the order. Magen even upgraded our delivery to White Glove service when the delivery was prolonged an extra week. I loved the fact that she was prompt with her responses, checked in unprompted to let me know any updates, and I was happy with the ease of the delivery when it arrived. It’s a beautiful console which provides us with additional storage we desperately needed in our home and well worth the wait to receive it. Nook & Cottage made the process of ordering from the store very pleasant and smooth. Thanks, Magen for the wonderful attention to detail and prompt communication!
