Multiple missing parts

The heater was missing, arguably the most important part then when another one was sent another one, it was missing the bulb cover. The green feed tray cover connectors were also poorly formed and I've resorted to zip ties. You may need to contact customer service multiple times or just buy a bunch of little replacement parts that also might be poorly formed.
