Notepad
Everything I write on it is right there on the paper. When I look at it, I can see the things I had previously written. I even tried to do a little drawing on it. That worked as well! I wrote a thing that I needed to remember, and I was able to pull that sheet off to carry it with me as a reminder. Very helpful.
