I recently purchased the PRO 20 Filters and am very happy with them. I reached out to customer service when I was trying to pick the right filters, and spoke with both Natassja and Alejandro on the phone. I was very appreciative for their patience and guidance in answering my questions abut the different filter options. I also needed the filters quickly for a gig coming up, and J in the shipping department was incredibly helpful in confirming my order would arrive in time after my calling to check on its shipment status.
