Lovely candle !!! Now although there was confusion on my part I have had great customer service where I ordered a mini & were out of stock so they sent me a regular jar out instead so I wouldn’t have to wait which was extremely decent of them

They never shipped my other two candles...just shipped 1 and they still are ignoring me through email, through the shop, and when I call the actual store. It's terrible and I have received a reason nor a refund. Terrible business, which is such a shame as I love their products.
