Reflections Spa & Pool Daycation

Pool area was underwhelming, looks much nicer in photos, hot tub smelled horrible, indoor/outdoor hot pool was luke warm and barely heated, and waterslide was closed. Just felt like no attention or care was given to the pools. The spa was very nice and we did enjoy our masages, but disappointed at the “luxury” pool daycation we were sold on.

Had a wonderful time. Relaxing day. Will repurchase in the future. Facial was amazing.

Always a great time. Massages were great, had a little mixup with our vouchers but customer service was awesome by the reflections staff.
