AS AN IBS-C SUFFERER SINCE BIRTH (ALTHOUGH IT WASN'T KNOWN WAY BACK IN THE DAY THEN), I DISCOVERED THIS GEM OF A PRODUCT IN OCT 2020 AND HAVE BEEN ON IT DAILY SINCE, ALTHOUGH I HAVE CUT DOWN FROM 2X/DAY TO 1X/DAY DAY DUE TO COST. MY ISB SYMPTOMS...BLOATING, GAS, YELLOW STOOL, CRAMPING...ARE ALL EASED BY THIS PRODUCT. OUT OF ALL THE THINGS I HAVE HAD TO CUT OUT OF MY DAILY ROUTINE TO SAVE $, THIS IS THE ONE THING I CANNOT AND WILL NOT EVER FULLY ELIMINATE.
