Awesome Customer Service
Great product. But, their customer service is even better!! I had an order returned mid-shipment, twice. Customer service worked with me and tried different shipping companies. They cared, they fixed the issue. What more could you ask for. They could sell anything and I would buy it with that type of customer service.

Piranha reading glasses
This is the 2nd pair of Tulip Reading Glasses I have purchased. I love the style, color and how they fit. But, the arm fell off the 1st pair and couldn’t be fixed. Since I had my RX put into the frame, it was an expensive loss.
My new pair has needed to be tightened several times, so I’m concerned it may too fall apart. Perhaps the mechanism on the arm is weak.
