This is the second time we have ordered these in lavender and they arrived looking a pinkish brown color like they had set out in the sun for 10 years. We contacted customer service and never heard back so these are also going back and we will not try Zip Top again.

These cups arrived looking a yellowish color like they had set out in the sun for too long. We contacted customer service thinking it might be a fluke but we never heard back from them. This batch is also going back and we will not buy Zip Top again.

These cups are not lavender at all but a yellowed pinkish color instead. We ordered several cups and all had the same tinge like the were overexposed to the sun or heat. I have sent two messages to Zip Top for an exchange for new cups and have not received a reply. This is disappointing as I really like the design and functionality of this product.
