Great customer service
When I initially received this, it had been damaged in transit, and all the liquid leaked out (thankfully the plastic bag it came in contained the mess, and it was mostly sopped up by the brochure that comes with it)
I sent an email to return the mask, which was answered promptly and helpfully. They asked for pictures of the damaged mask, and as soon as they got it, they verified my address and sent me a new one. The new one arrived undamaged, and has been great in recent heat waves.
