Texas Two Step

I received a gift of the Madalyn's Backyard Coffee from my Texas relatives and quickly knew I needed to order more when my initial supply ran out. Love, love, love this coffee! I ordered both the regular and decaf versions so that I can drink it day and night. I also ordered the Texas Two Step, and it's got a yummy, unique flavor too.

Perfect Brew!

I love the Texas Two Step flavor. It gets me going in the morning but in Avery relaxed way. The roast is perfect and doesn't over power the flavor notes of the coffee in smell or taste. In fact, recently I could not find the Texas Two Step in my store so I purchased Independence Coffee's Madelyn's Backyard and another flavored coffee brand. The Independence Coffee was as wonderful as It smelled and as I anticipated. The roast on the other stuff was so strong and bitter, you couldn't taste or smell any of the other flavor notes supposedly in it. In fact, I made one pot the way I normally do and it was so bad I had to pour it out and try again; the second try wasn't much better. I ended up throwing away the bag of coffee which I never do! I love the Independence Coffee and especially the Texas Two Step - there's nothing else like it! I originally found it in a small Texas town I was visiting and had been looking for it in my hometown ever since. So glad I finally found it.
