an beautiful chocolate, given a mere three ingredients. Of the Hummingbird single origin bars that I've tried, this is the one where I could definitely taste the berry undertones. Other people say the Zorzal bar does this, but for me it's the Cap-Haïtien chocolate. Very much looking forward to it coming back in stock so I can try it again.
