I purchased an engraved pink elephant for my first granddaughter as a keep sake. Christine Taylor Designs kept you abreast of the order including proofing and delivery status. The whole process from start to finish was maybe 2-3 weeks and the elephant arrived on time and unscathed. Awesome service and product!
