Clapperboard

Slightly damaged in transit but overall satisfied

Almost very good, but object was damaged in transit. As we did not have time to get a new version, we did not report it. The item was damaged on the bottom slightly, but item still giftable. The person it was for enjoyed it, so as mentioned almost a very good experience. Object was transported in a flimsy box with plastic bag covering. Boxing was not sufficient packaging.

Great gift!

I ordered a clapperboard for my nieces 21st. When it arrived it was a bit damaged. I contacted them and they sent a replacement straight away! The board is great, the personalisation is well done and it will make a great and unique gift! Great service!

Clapperboard update

Realising that I had entered the incorrect information onto the clapperboard, I sent an email asking if it could be updated. Been Easter weekend I presumed I was too late, however, I received a phone call advising me that they had been able to update with the correct information and would be issuing within the next couple of days. I received the updated clapperboard within three days. I was absolutely thrilled as it was a gift and was super impressed with the customer service and will definitely be using again.
