Easy Add On

Adding extra nutrients is easy and delicious! I add this blend to oatmeal/hot cereal, baking/energy bites, and even my mushroom lattes, which gives me extra time (it's already for me) and energy to get through a busy day in emergency services.

I actually never thought I’d end up putting through an order for 3 of the exact same blends! But, here I am, (thanks for the dessert lover bundle), because that’s just how much I love the euphoric blend! I can no longer make my morning oats without this. I also added it to no-bake protein balls (delicious!). The smell alone is enough to wake me up in the morning and enough to satisfy my post-dinner sweet tooth cravings in the evening. I recently began a detox, and while, as with most detoxes, the meal plan is very restrictive of sweets (no cookies, cakes, etc.), this blend mixed into my smoothie surely makes up for that. I hope this will last me until summer!
