Dissapointed and would like to exchange

Hi, I recently purchased these black boots from Shoefreaks and noticed that upon the first wear of not only 15 minutes the boots have already ripped near the knees. I previously ordered these boots 6 years ago from pleaser and they have not ripped even after years and years of heavy usage. I noticed a big difference in the quality of the leather (the new ones seem to be plastic) and the hardware and quality of the shoe. I am really disappointed in the downgrade of quality and would like to request a new pair of higher quality or refund please. Thank you, Chelsea

These are amazing! Especially after you get them heated and molded to your feet, they look amazing.

Absolutely love these shoes. Four stars only because I think the hole for your toes is too big. I have very sweaty feet and my toes will slip out if I wear them for too long. But these aren't the kind of shoes that I want to wear for too long anyways
