Order review

I ordered a pair of Omni Amber shades and replacement lens for an Omni crystal pair I already owned. Unfortunately, the Amber shades came with a large irreversible scratch on the right lens and the left lens didn’t fit fully into the frame; part of it protruded out of the frame and can’t fit back in. More so, the lens replacement on the Omni crystal pair didn’t fit the frames either. I wasn’t sure it if was because the dimensions of the frames have changed over time (I ordered the original pair ~1 year ago) or the lenses were incorrect and belonged to a different pair. Nonetheless, I expressed this situation to customer service and they have been great. I haven’t received it yet but I’m under the impression a new pair of the Ambers are on the way. However, I’m still waiting on an update on the replacement lens for the Omni crystal lens. Would be 5 stars if things shipped correctly the first time but I appreciate the customer service. The product is also amazing, when it works correctly.

Bought these for my 11 year old son who is working full time online! He loves his glasses and they really do help with his eyes. His head doesn’t hurt anymore and his eyes aren’t as tired

Great long-term investment on my eyes.

Really nice, both good looking and effective. This was my second pair of Pixel glasses. I liked the first pair so much I bought a second to have around the house. These are better than the first pair I bought (aviator style). I initially was a little skeptical about whether these would work, but after a day of wearing them, my eyes felt less strained from staring at the computer and tablet all day. Pixel's customer service was also helpful with a delivery issue I had. So I'd stick with them for quality and service if I need to buy another pair in the future.
