I recently purchased a pair of scissors from Hairy Pony and noticed the small nut had gone missing. Their customer service was absolutely outstanding – they didn’t just send me a full replacement pair of scissors, but also included a thoughtful little gift! I was blown away by how easy and professional the whole process was. On top of that, I really enjoy their online videos – they’re so helpful and fun to watch. Damaged scissors

These scissors arrived in the protective wrap and box… however, the ends are straight across and very rough (like the tips were broken off), so I will not be using them. Highly disappointing. Poor quality scissors.

Perfect for show kit

Love the hairy pony scissors, I have the tail and thinking scissors. I use these ones for trimming his main and ears, perfect size and do the job!
