Deceptive Web Site

The product description on the GoSun web site explicitly states that the water heating accessory called the Brew, or Kettle, is included with the Sport oven. No such accessory came with my purchase. I contacted Customer Service but received lame excuses and no actual service, certainly no satisfaction. Very disappointing. I expected better. The performace of the Sport is pretty fair. It gets as hot as promised quickly enough. Handling the reflectors and the stand is a bit awkward. Capacity is too small.
