Customer Service
Outstanding customer service. Had an issue with a strap on a bag I purchased - they replaced the entire bag. Wife had scratched the lenses on her glasses - they popped them out and replaced the lenses. All for free. Once a Johnny Fly customer - always a Johnny Fly customer.
