Small amount of time

I've only used this for a short amount of time. I do feel that it has helped me some. I still need to use it a little longer to determine how it works for me. I am ordering another bottle to see if using it a little longer helps.

So far so good

Only been taking for a little over a week. I've been emptying capsule into my mouth full of water so I dont have to digest the capsule as I've been dealing with severe chronic bloat and am doing everything I can to make digestion as easy as possible. For first 2 days after taking I was a little backed up as my body adjusted, but since then I've had a nice complete BM every day. Also taking magnesium citrate which I'm sure plays a role but ultimately this product does not make my bloat any worse and I'm having some of the nicest BMs I've had in a long time!
