I have been able to make some l reuteri 'yoghurt' already and it worked great. And also other yoghurt too. Seems to keep a good temperature. Only negative in my opinion is that it has a plastic container which I'm not sure is ideal but I guess it would cost more if it was glass. All in all great product. Great Greek yoghurt strainer. Thanks.
