These products are great. My husband would have really dry skin so he would scratch his beard a lot and get patches. Now he says it stays moisturized all day and he hasn’t scratched it once!! They have helped him grow his beard out fuller and quickly he has never had a beard this full before. The products are easy to use and very manageable.

I’ve been subscribed to Respected Roots for a while now and have ordered plenty of products over the years. That’s why I was surprised when my Tropical Self Care Kit arrived melted and leaking. When I opened the package, several of the products had clearly been affected by the heat and had leaked inside the box. It was pretty disappointing to see because I’ve come to expect a higher level of quality from a company I’ve consistently supported. To be clear, this is the first time I’ve ever had an issue with any of my orders. That’s the only reason I’m taking the time to leave a review. I’ve always enjoyed the products and have recommended Respected Roots to others. Unfortunately, this shipment didn’t arrive in a condition that reflects the quality I’ve come to expect from the brand. I’m hoping this was just a shipping issue related to the summer heat and not something that becomes a recurring problem. I remain a loyal customer and am confident the team will make it right, but I wanted to share my experience and provide honest feedback.
