Size debacle

For a company that caters to people with small heads and then changes the sizes to larger size sizes makes no sense you guys fail. Customer service zero out of 10 try to exchange my hat for a smaller size because you guys messed that up. It took you 21 days to get back to me. Thank you anyone having the same problem make sure you go through PayPal. They’ll respond that way when you’re messing with their money.
