Love It — Excellent Customer Service!

I absolutely love my Extra-Large Adjustable Shower Caddy! It’s well made, functional, and exactly what I was looking for. I also really appreciate Simplehuman’s customer service. They were incredibly prompt, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. It’s refreshing to receive such great customer service. I am extremely happy with both the product and my overall experience. Highly recommend!

Quite the kerfuffle. My old address populated the order. I immediately contacted them about my mistake. I was led to believe the order could be rectified. It was delivered to my old address despite multiple reassuring emails (felt like a chatbot). I was told that nothing could be done—and felt scolded about checking the address on the order. My former neighbor now has a shower caddy for her new home courtesy of me.

Great upgrade

I recently purchased a new hand held shower head, so I needed an upgrade for the hose. This was a perfect fit, as the caddy neatly stores all my shower liquids and supports my new shower hose. Great buy.
