I love it. Very easy. I’m just not sure how much to water my specific tree. The tree is very nice, and you even get a biodegradable bamboo bucket too!

Excellent Customer Service!

I accidentally ordered 2 urns and when I called they refunded me for the extra. They also contacted me before shipping the tree due to the hot weather to make sure I still wanted it shipped and gave me the option to delay. I chose not to delay. It arrived healthy. No leaves fell off due to the high temperatures and I planted it within a few days. It already has new growth and the instructions for planting and care were easy to follow.

Wonderful tribute for our daughter!

Every item we requested arrived just as ordered and in great condition. The tree was just what our daughter picked out prior to her passing and I know she is pleased. I also had a few questions and the customer service response was excellent to my questions and that put me at ease. Thank you very much.
