Transformed my feet and my thinking
Using the tools in the foot exploration kit, the learning videos, and spending more time barefoot at home has given me the confidence to be more bold in my choice of footwear for everyday but also for hiking. I’ve just completed my first long distance hike wearing barefoot boots. 80 miles over 6 days in mixed terrain with no foot fatigue. That would not have been possible without training my feet and changing to barefoot boots. I’m thrilled to bits and grateful for the great products and learning materials. Next stop, transition to barefoot running shoes. Thanks so much folks!

I’m impressed!
I have been using the toe separators now for 2 weeks and am building up each couple of days. It will be a long haul with my big toes I know, as they have been immobile for years with bunions.However the other toes are really separating, and I am not having any pain any more! Thank you for the helpful lessons.
