The Pan set is heavy for a reason. My wife made 11 Lasagnes in one morning for a catering event the next day. After every batch of meat and sauce she just used a paper towel and wiped the Saute Pan clean. Clean up is a Whole New World that we have never experienced while cleaning up after cooking.

Beautiful, solid cookware

I opened my Caraway cookware yesterday, and am very impressed. They were carefully packaged. The cookware is solid and quite well-made, and is beautiful. I love the clever lid hanger too, and the sticky hooks being clear made it almost foolproof to mark and hang on the cupboard door. I am very excited to use this set that so many of my friends have been raving about.

Excellent pots and pans

The 12 piece cookware set comes with storage racks. Everything stores easily. After reading the directions, not using a cooking spray, cooking on a lower heat and using wooden utensils, the food cooked well and did not stick. Expensive purchase. Worth the $$$. Important for a health journey.
