Honduras Coffee

Usually good, bit of bad luck this time

I've had this before a few times, usually good, a solid, light everyday coffee. Came out a bit over-cooked this time, sort of tobacco flavour, which I'm not keen on. Given the 2. 5 kg to my mate who likes that darker taste.

Hondu coffee beans.

I was hoping to find Honduras Alto de Erapuca beans having been given a sample. Your Honduras beans are good but we prefer the Erapuca beans. Please let me know if you will be able to supply them.

Very good and makes great coffee. Lovely aroma both from the beans in the bag and the hot coffee.
