Great product! Shipped quickly!

The SquattyPotty itself is a decent concept, but their quality is lacking. I paid a higher price ($60) to get the teak version, because it appeared to be nicer on the site, but it arrived with dents and gouges in it. I immediately contacted the company and received no response. Emailed again 10 days later, no response. Emailed a third time 10 days after that. I never heard anything back from SquattyPotty, except automated emails about their products. So, poor quality, and terrible customer service.
