Hard to say

It's probably fine but the directions don't make a lot of sense. It just hangs over your ears. I wish there was a video of how to attach it.

The strap is fine. It would be good to have a gap in the headband or another way to attach it, rather than having to put it through and blocking up the air holes in the sides of the hat.
