We ordered a ring and it ended up being too big. We were then able to get a FREE ring sizer to then do a ring exchange for the correct size, which was a quick and smooth process. The ring is sleek and stunning and we appreciated the easy exchange.

The ring is very high quality. I loved it. My fiance and I are long distance so it took more than a month (the return policy timeline) for him to try it on. When he finally did, it was too small and I was upset because we loved this ring and wanted it to work out but we missed the return window. I reached out to support to see if they could help in any way, and Sollara was very helpful in allowing me to exchange the ring for a bigger size. My fiance and I are really happy with it :)
