Swiss Method Process Decaf - Decaffeinated Coffee

I personally love Proof's take on deaf filter coffee. I'm relatiely new a hobbyist but if I had to assign a tasting note, I'd say "chocolate covered pretzel". I generally prefer traditional, medium-to-dark roasted coffees, and this has a great Maillard, toasty flavor, without any of the bitterness I generally expect from dark roasts. At the same time, it still tastes relatively "sweet" and retains a low amount of acidity. I much prefer this to the many indistinguishable light-to-medium roast decafs put out by most roasters I've tried from the greater NYC metro area. I think its uniqueness makes it a must-try and is my personal favorite decaf filter roast I've tried so far :)
