These have been such a game changer on nutrition. For the taste more than anything. I can’t imagine trying to eat those thick gel ones which taste of fake orange after having the velforte gels. They are so good and the lemon or ginger taste really wakes you up on a long run! On a practical level the gels are so easy to open which is a massive bonus when you’re tried and sweaty!

First 50 miler.

Bought the pack to cover me through my first 50 mile ultra. Didn't use it all on the day, but particularly liked the hydration powders, gels and pastles. Used the protein powders for recovery. The caffine gel gave me a final lift from the last checkpoint to the finish.
