Autoslide Wireless Microwave Motion Sensor

Just got them installed this weekend

In general, the new system is working well. However, when the system is supposed to be locked (the red light), it only locks from the outside. When I reach to lock the door at the handle, the door opens. In order to lock the door handle, I have to set it on the open setting (the blue light), pull the door closed, and then lock the handle. In the past, I had the security of the system being locked as well as the handle. I don’t know if this is the way it has to be or whether we have done something wrong with the installation.
