I started using ThickTails products in October 2024. My hair is naturally thin, and I was not blessed with thick growth either, so I was permanently researching for different "remedies" to improve my hair look, texture, and condition. I decided for Thicktails hair shampoo, conditioner and serum back in October 2024 with some healthy scepticism. Nevertheless, I was instantly impressed with improvement of my hair texture and condition after the first use. My hair felt and looked much fuller and moisturised. Needless to say, I continued using Thicktails products with pleasure until January 2025. I shopped for ThickTails products back again after their relaunch in April this year. I happened to notice though that shampoo, hair conditioner and serum smelled differently. At the same time, conditioner and serum's texture changed. Overall, within the whole time of me using Thicktails products, I did not notice any change in my hairgrowth pattern nor any improvement in thickness of my hair. Nevertheless, I still love the way my hair feels and looks after each wash. When all is said and done, I am enjoying Thicktails products and I shall be ordering again!
