Excellent customer service! I chose the wrong color and they were quick to respond and fix it for me (thank you so much). Shipping was very quick. The comb is lovely! I dont know why I hadn't tried french combs before, so versatile. I got it this morning and I have tried 4 different styles with it already. Strong enough to hold all my hair in a chignon very securely. I received the South Sea color and it is beautiful, almost opalescent. I will definitely be back for more combs, they really are amazing. Thank you!
