Good but Glitchy

The camera is good and easy to use, but it's a bit too glitchy for my liking. There have been several instances where the camera froze, and I had to perform a hard reset. Considering we've previously own a different camera that was much cheaper... I expected this camera to have much better software. On top of that, some screen selections are just too slow. All in all... its good but not great.

My niece loves it

My 4 year old niece loves this camera. She’s still figuring it out and will grow into it.

Service 3 ⭐. Camer 5 ⭐

They changed the delivery origin without asking or consent. That costed me 30% more on entry taxes. After contacting support, they made a 30% refund of the extra. I don't feel that's enough. Therefore the customer service ruined a great device experience.
