It was a gift

Gave this one for my brother in law - I have been very happy with the service and quality of work in the past, so wanted to give a good gift. My subscription order this December was a bit disappointing. I understand that you all fell behind and you closed your California location, but 3+ weeks was a bit longer than I would have liked. And while the knifes were sharp they were not quite as sharp as when the California shop did the work. We’ll see how it goes on the next order in June.

Thoughtful Gift

My granddaughter and her husband both like to cook. However, the last time I visited with them, I could see they had some knives needing some "care", so for their anniversary, I am giving them a Knife Aid gift card. The gift cards would make the perfect house warming or wedding gift.

Fast service

Fast turn around time - but knives did not come back sharp enough to slice paper - also the knives were not cleaned - there was some rusting in the knives and they were not cleaned - I expected this to be done. But excellent turn around time.
