Jargar Viola D String

Probably a good string

jargar is an old well trusted name in strings. I got the idea of trying this from Cynthia Phelps who uses, (at least according to my failing memory) a Jargar a and D. I dont remember what she uses for G and C. I have the D but found I need to replace my pegs before I can really try this string. When I installed it my whole viola when kablooowey. But in the short time I had it on I felt it was dark warm and powerful. Even more powerful than Evah Pirazzi D After I get new pegs that can hold the additional tension I will try it again
