Need more information on how to use them
It would be really helpful to have directions on these which I expected to receive with them or at least links online. I'm familiar with examples that are used for both the gold and black balls which I also ordered but I have not seen anything about the soul heelers some even a bit hesitant about using them.

sole heelers are ok
the sole areas are interesting but not sure about any long term benefits..?
