I had originally bought the ring with lava stone in it. We had some issues with the stone and The Artisan Rings promptly exchanged it for a different style. The shipping was very quick and my husband is thrilled with his new ring.

AMAZING Customer Service

Customer service was phenomenal. Efficient, polite, and co-operative. Even with delayed delivery (completely not the company's fault), the ring arrived sooner than expected. Ring looks as good as new - has been fixed to the highest standards, and engraving is done just as well if not better than it was the first time. Cost, even with astronomical shipping, was very reasonable on the company's part. VERY impressed, and highly recommend!
