My Pit Boss KC Combo, now holds temp within 1-3 degrees of the set temperature. Did a bank of baby backs yesterday, and it was complete hands off for nearly 6 hours. Temperature did not fluctuate more than 3°. These products though simple, are a huge win for any grill that will accept them. Kudos to y'all
