Soft Serve For Two

Amazing colors BUT not water permeable

Did the test with a paper towel beneath it to see if water passes through it but nothing. The colors are amazing and only one coat is sufficient but it does not promise what is supposed to do. Which is being permeable.

I love it!

Two coats of this color and it’s the perfect off-white!
